2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by us.
3. Deposits and payments
A minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking.
The deposit is transferable to a new date if we are available, but it is not refundable under any circumstances.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.
Payments can be made via Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer or invoice.
4. Cancellations
If you cancel your event, the deposit is not refundable.
Additional cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the event date the cancellation is made and how much preparation, staffing and food has already been arranged.
5. Date changes
If you request to move your event to a new date, this will be subject to availability.
If we are available, your deposit can be transferred.
If we are not available, the deposit remains non-refundable and a new booking would be required.
6. Guest numbers and menus
Final guest numbers and menus must be confirmed by the date stated in your booking agreement.
If guest numbers change, pricing may be adjusted in line with the agreed terms of your contract.
7. Event access and setup
You are responsible for ensuring that your venue allows external caterers and provides safe and suitable access.
We require between 1–2 hours for setup, depending on the event.
If we are unable to set up or operate due to late access, restricted access or venue issues, the booking will still be charged in full.
8. Power, water and site conditions
We provide our own power and water.
The client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe and suitable for our Airstream and catering setup.
9. Weather
We cater in all weather conditions.
If an event is affected by weather or venue conditions, this does not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Each situation will be assessed individually.
10. Service and staffing
All bookings include our trained catering team.
Service style, duration and food quantities depend on the package selected and agreed in advance.
11. Food and dietary requirements
Menus are agreed in advance and cannot be changed on the day.
Vegan and selected dietary options are available.
We are a nut-free caterer, however we cannot guarantee that our suppliers do not handle nuts.
We do not offer gluten-free food.
Full allergen information is provided separately.
12. Damage and loss
The client is responsible for any damage caused to our Airstream, equipment or property by guests, venue staff or third parties.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for events beyond our control, including extreme weather, mechanical failure, illness or government restrictions.
In such cases, we will offer a rebooking or credit where possible.
14. Photography and marketing
We may take photographs or videos during events for marketing and promotional purposes.
If you do not wish your event to be used in this way, you must notify us in writing before the event.
15. Invoicing
