Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made with Brooklyn Pizza & Co. LTD.


1. Deposits

All bookings require a minimum non-refundable deposit of 25% to secure your event date.

Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits may be transferred to a new date if we are available. If we are not available, the deposit will be forfeited.


2. Balance payments

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.

Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.


3. Client cancellations

If you cancel your event, the 25% deposit will be lost and is not refundable.

No full refunds are ever issued, as the deposit secures staff, food planning and event availability.


4. Date changes

Date changes are allowed only if we are available.

If we are available, your deposit can be transferred to the new date.

If we are not available, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.


5. Weather

We cater in all weather conditions.

Bad weather does not automatically entitle the client to a cancellation or refund.

Date changes due to weather are treated in the same way as any other date change and are subject to availability.


6. Force majeure

If we are unable to provide catering due to events beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, mechanical failure or government restrictions, we will offer a rebooking or credit where possible.


7. Guest number changes

If guest numbers are reduced after confirmation, charges will be adjusted in line with your contract and agreed minimum spend. Refunds are not provided for reduced numbers.


8. Access and no-shows

If we are unable to provide catering due to lack of venue access, late access, site restrictions or client no-show, the booking will be charged in full.


9. Refund method

Where a refund or credit is applicable, it will be issued via the original payment method, bank transfer or credit note, at our discretion.


10. Agreement

By booking Brooklyn Pizza & Co. LTD, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
